my ears are ringing

my left ear.. woosh woosh woosh.. idk what is going on.. started about 2 weeks 10 days ago.. its mild, but enough to keep me awake at night make me go nuts.

anyone go through this? i've been battling a cold, and stuffy nose for a bit, so i'm wondering if my messed up sinuses have anything to do with it.. i just want to it go away so i can sleep
