Any of you experience this...

my Godmother has been trying to check out my registry for WEEKS and says that she can never get it to come up!!!

I told her EVERY search option she could use, she's tried my full name, my maiden name, DH as the co-registrant, we checked spellings, she did with and without a state in the search, and still no luck!!!

This is very concerning to me especially being that I know my shower invites will be going out soon!!

I plan to call BRU today, but was wondering before I do if this is something that happens at all, and maybe be prepared with what to ask them to do????
