Thanks everyone for taking the time to answer. I really feel like a miscarriage just robs you of any joy with future pregnancies.

I am crashing this board to ans you.

i had a mc at around 11 weeks. had a missed mc and a d&c.

it took me 9 months (plus the cycle we had to skip) to get preg again.

i had a baby girl june of 2011. that pregnancy was healthy. i never had issues when they checked the baby. BUT I did have some scary bleeding episodes. I also had GD later on in pregnancy.

so i answered other. i won't say i had huge complications but i won't say the pregnancy was a walk in the park either.

but i will say my baby is totally healthy and thriving and doing great!! :) soooo all in all it was a very successful pregnancy!

It doesnt have too. Yes, it takes away that innocence, and you will always have that fear, but for me, I tried to also enjoy it. The first trimester was tough, but once I saw the HB that helped me feel a little better...and everytime I would go to the dr, I'd be a little scared that I wouldnt see her hb...and every time I did, it was such a relief.

I think I started to feel better about it and enjoy it more after 20 weeks...especially once I felt her moving every day.

It's hard, but I still really enjoyed this pregnancy...I tried to not let the fear consume me.

Last summer i miscarried mid second trimester. Tissue analysis didn't find anything. It just wasnt meant to be. This pregnant I was high risk bc of septum and placenta previa. I was estimated to deliver 32-34 weeks. I made it to past my due date. I didn't follow the silly rules of no caffeine, cold cuts, etc.... but I can say I never enjoyed this pregnancy bc of being constantly worried.

I had a MC before I was pregnant with Alexa. I miscarried naturally early on. I waited a few months to heal emotionally and they got PG on the first month trying. It was a hellish pregnancy due to hyperemesis and other non-relevant stuff but no major bleeding or cervix issues. She was just making sure everyone knew a Diva was on the way

I had an mc in May, and I am only 6 weeks pregnant now but zero issues. Dr believe my mc was due to low progestrone and now I have great levels of progestrone without any meds.
