Its not Dominican but they are Latin. Manhattan Salon & spa near Hicksville train station. If they blow out my hair its $25 and last about 2-3 days.

There is one on Main street in Farmingdale Neat Rt 109. I have never been there just drive by it all the time.

I've been to Blue Lights salon on Southberry Lane a couple of times. The owner is colombian but the dominican girl is Fanny, I thought she did a decent job on my unrully, natural dominican hair. I've been going to Hair Unlimited on Post Ave in Mineola and the dominican girl there is Leiny, she's better.

Take a trip down to freeport. There are quite a few salons on guy lombardo ave that do a great job.

Its in Westbury and yes she is good too but def call ahead for that place.
