I like it a lot! Not too young for 30, but I'd just be worried about the bubble hem since my hips are big enough as it is

Agreed, bubble hems usually look AWFUL on me. But the dress is really cute!

Nay! Not a fan of that weird underskirt in unflattering print that is sticking out from under the ham. The other two options posted are much nicer and more flattering, in my opinion.
