Munire Furniture?
does anyone know if the drawers in this line of furniture are self closing???
the Romina line I know has self closing drawers but Romina is like 2x the price...

yeah, it was just delivered on thursday and smells like new furniture smell - i don't want to put baby stuff in there and get it all stinky!

yes ordered from behr's. i think it took like 6 or 7 weeks... not exactly sure bc its been in for a while (over a month) we just didn't have the room ready yet.

oh okay cool...cuz we're gonna be ordering in the next like 2-3 weeks, and i wanna make sure its enough time.
and thats awesome they held it for that long!! in case it comes in early no stressing about where to put it!! :) what collection did you get? i know you're  and so are we so im curious :)

We ordered from their new Echelon line, the Diya collection, in fawn. There are pics in my album i think- and i will take pics of the actual set once the room is a little more organized lol.

I stand corrected - the drawers on the Echelon Diya DO self close. I guess I opened them far enough while airing out that this didn't happen. I just went to close them, and VOILA! self-closing. I got so excited to come back and find this post and tell you.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!! im so excited you came back and told me!!!!
DH is a carpenter, trim specialist, and very into wood, the types, which are better, how things are constructed, etc, like we HADD to have kraftmaid for our kitchen witht he self closing drawers and doors, etc..
so he loves the fact that Munire is Mahogany its his favorite wood, BUT I really wanted self close drawers they are amazing especially when my LO turns into a 14 year old having a fit and slamming drawers 
Romina I know does cuz SIL has that furniture, but the prices are SO different that esp if its not mahogany and Munire does self close, then why spend so much more??? 
yay i can't wait to go get furniture!!

just make sure the line you choose does have self closing. i don't think ALL munire does, seems like just the echelon sub-brand of munire. which i wouldn't have even known was part of the munire family if the guy at behr's hadn't told us. good luck!!! lmk if you have any questions!
