Drinking too much water

is it even possible.. past couple of days I have been guzzling down water like its going out of style.. peeing slightly more as well, and not really retaining that I see but the scale begs to differ..

i'm almost 35 weeks, and this week, i definetly chugging down more.. i thought it might be a UTI, but then no tingling or anything like that, my glucose at each appt. has been good as well.. idk, i'm just so thirsty..

How many cups would you say you are drinking? I don't think there's such a thing as drinking too much btw.

I'm 34 weeks and noticed being thirsty too, but I thought it was because of the pill they put me on to regulate the Gestational Diabetes.

Maybe it's just normal? Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Are they 8 or 16 oz glasses? 10x8 oz glasses would actually be less than the daily recommended of 96oz. 12x8oz would be just about right.

On that note, I need to step up my drinking. I was proud to do between 32 and 40 oz a day lol.

the reccomended is 8-12 8oz glasses so 8 would be fine unless the Dr tells you to up it.
