DE-CAF HOT TEA

is there a limit on how much we can have..i'm a HUGE tea drinker..is 3 cups of decaf per day too much, or is that fine?

I believe it's fine so long as it's regular decaf & not herbal teas.

From what I've read 200mg of caffeine a day. Reg Lipton tea is like 50mg so you could have 4 of those. Decaf you could prob have many more than 3 before reaching the limit Coffee is about 100 so only 2 a day but me personally I've had zero interest in coffee which is sooo strange bc I always had to have my morning cup. Now it just turns me off

You can 3 cups of regular tea (with caffeine) if you want. Tea doesn't have as much caff as coffee and you CAN have some caffeine.

I was told (by my very cautious acupuncturist) that you can have as much decaf as you want and that black tea is an anti-enmetic (sp?) which means it helps with nausea.
