Pre Natal Yoga Locations
I'm in Suffolk and would love to start. I have done yoga in the past but want to do it with other mothers or mothers to be. Any good places?

New Baby Belly or Om Tara Yoga both on Broadway in Massapequa. I've done it at both and love them both! And they are both very reasonably priced.

im taking classes at balance yoga in huntington on saturday mornings. LOVE it!!
also embrace yoga in east islip had prenatal classes until the beginning of august but the instructor went out on maternity leave. waiting to hear back when they will be starting it up again. ill keep you ladies posted when i do!

Huntington is a good location for me but Sat mornings don't work Is that the only pre natal class they have?

we have classes at New Baby Belly in Massapequa every Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm. No registration is needed-just come in!

Revolution Yoga in RVC has it on Wednesday nights at 7:15 and also a gentle flow (prenatal welcome) on Saturday mornings - 9:30, I think.
Om Sweet Om in Port Washington used to have it, haven't been there in a while but loved it when I went - worth checking into.

I called Embrace Yoga in East Islip and they have it but not for another few weeks because they have only 2 girls who teach it and they are both out on maternity leave.. she said to check back in about 4 weeks..
