Bottle Blonde Babes: Ever get tired of it

In my late teens and 20s, I definitely fell for the whole "blondes have more fun thing." Now, almost 12 years later and a few weeks from my 30th birthday, I'm getting really tired of it. I miss my dark hair, you know? I feel like ends are completely fried. Has anyone gone back to their natural hair color? How did you feel about it? Any regrets?

i was always a hot blonde rflmao.. naw seriously i am from los angeles and if you arent blonde you might as well die.

when i started working at my current salon i wanted to reallly take a big leap ( mind you i have gone brunette and funky colors but for a few months and freaked and went back to blonde )
i am now a redhead similar to christina hendricks.

it was the best thing i have ever done bc i have hazel eyes.

now..... imo blonde can be veryyyy hot ...as long as there is contrast..multidimentional colors...lows and highs.
i rec to alot of women who want to take a leap but are very scared to first let me go to town with different shades of blonde.

often that is enough to totally update and refresh your look :)

but its soo fun to try new things!

I just finished growing out my blonde and my hair is my natural color.

I miss the blonde.

Yup, highlighted my hair to death over the years and was very blonde..i finally decided to stop and had my hair dyed to my natural color...a darker dirty blonde...never had more compliments than i did in one day!! People were stopping me left and right. The darker color made my blue eyes pop and i really like it. Just took me a week to get used too it and now i want to go darker!.

I was blonde for our wedding, tons of highlights. 4 years later i realized im over it. Dont have the time to maintain, and more importantly ive gone for a more natural lifestyle overall so i rfuse to put any dye in my hair. Im now brunette (my orig color) with tons of gray but ive come to terms with it. I do not miss the bottle.

I was a dark blonde for many years. About 2 years ago, I decided to go dark again, but not as dark as my natural color (which is jet black). I went to a medium brown and love it. I do miss the blonde to be honest, but it was A LOT of work, the roots showed so quickly and I hated the upkeep. Seriously hated. I may eventually go a little lighter again, but not for a while. Maybe for next summer.

i was blonde until 3 years ago (highlights and single process)..going back to my natural color is the best thing i ever did..the color looks right on me, and i think it's really just bc it's the color i'm "supposed" to have

and NO maintenance!!

I'm back to blond now after 4 years. I swore I wouldnt go back to blond but I am. I went red all last year and the year before went back to my natural shade of dark blond but I get bored quickly.
