I chew only Bubblicious original or Bazooka. Neither one of those has aspartame/saccharin/etc. Before pregnancy I always avoided artificial sweetner in food and drinks but I still chewed gum once in awhile. I stopped the gum when I found out I was pregnant. They say that stuff isn't good for you normally and I already went out of my way to avoid it so I figured I'd stop chewing gum too. Then I found plain gum with sugar. Boring, but it helped when I was full or queasy. Now I'll probably have a million cavities from the sugar
I'm sure it is 100% fine. I just wasn't big into gum to begin with and I normally avoided those ingredients before pregnancy.
