DH told me yesterday that MIL got us a 6-month diaper delivery service as a shower gift (my shower is this coming saturday). 2 questions:

1) Has anyone used this or can someone tell me how it works? Can you try different brands or is it just one specific brand?

2) Should I take the diapers off my registry that are currently on there (no one has bought yet)? It's a small package of NB and a huge package of size 1.
