Do I need to be worried?
I just wiped out at work and fell on my azz, because my shoes were wet and I was rushing. I landed very gracefully  on my butt and leg. Do I need to be concerned that I just gave my 15 week old fetus brain damage?

ITA and I was much eariler than you when I did that with DS -- begged my RE for a sono and he did it, but he said you won't need it. DS has kicked me in the belly (already beating up on his sister) and all is well.
