breastfeeding classes

Do most husbands go with you? My DH really does not want to go to this class, and to be honest I cant really blame him. Will I be the only woman there without DH?
Also, Im 30 weeks should I sign up soon?

My husband didn't want to go with me so I didn't make him lol. There were a few husbands who came to the class and it was fine. I think honestly it doesn't really matter one way it the other. I do think it's important that your husband understand it all so he can be supportive of you. My husband was really open to learning about the whole process, but he just felt awkward going to the class. He read up about it, and asked me questions and stuff so he really knew what was going on and was a great support for me when we first started out.
I would definitely recommend signing up for a class soon!

I'm going to a class on tuesday and was wondering the same thing. DH really doesn't want to go, but I've mentioned that I would like him too. He said the other day he would go if I really wanted him too, but I'm sure he would feel awkward if he winds up being the only guy.

when I signed up for my breastfeeding class I asked the same question and the person I spoke to said they encourage DHs to come so they can learn about it as well as be supportive. My DH is one of the strange ones that said he wants to go - for support and also because he wants to learn about it - I reassured him he didn't have to go though...we shall see, class is in Oct. I am thinking he might be the only one or one of very few
