Just got Panera...greek salad and black bean soup. I enjoyed the salad but the soup made me kinda  . Now I'm feeling nauseous.

I had BH EverRoast chicken, with ww cheddar slices on a roll, I stuck the chicken in microwave for 45secs.
That's I usually have every work day

Im all about the salad. I put every kind of veg. I can think of then add beans and leftover protien from the night before.
