Complaining post

I'm just not handling being pregnant a second time very well Chat Icon I'm SO much more uncomfortable this time around, my back is K I L L I N G me, I'm tired all the freakin time, I keep snapping at my DH (poor thing but if just did things without me having to nag, we'd all be better off), I am trying to keep up with DS b/c he's just so damn cute I can't take not being able to join in on the things he wants me to do Chat Icon , sleeping is ridiculous I toss and turn all night . . .

what in GODS name is going on this time around!!!!! Was anyone else so much more miserable the 2nd time. . .I LOVED being pregnant with DS and now. . .I cry at the thought that I still have 3 more months to go!

(side note- and don't get me wrong, I love this baby just as much, I have my days of loving being pregnant. I love the kicks and enjoying my alone time with him/her now but blahhhhhhhhh)

ok, I needed to get that out!

Anyone else care to complain?

Re: Complaining post

Ok i'll get on this board... My biggest complaint is not being able to do a dam thing.. I have absolutely no energy and by the time I get ready in the morning its time for ds's nap and when he wakes up the day is over. Then I get ****** off at myself and i'm convinced i'm being a bad mommy.. my dh tries but the house is a mess and he is the main contributor to that one. I'm finally out of my first trimester and I thought I'd have the energy back..
Oh and I wish I could sneeze without peeing.. What is that all about?

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon This is my first and I am already thinking that I would like 2 kids instead of 3 Chat Icon

I'm thrilled that I'm going to have a baby but am I thrilled that I'm feeling bloated, tired, nauseous, hungry, etc? NO. I'm so early and I already don't feel in control of my body and to be completely honest, the changes I see already are completely freaking me out! I know it will be worth it but it's hard to be chipper when you feel like poo. Chat Icon

Re: Complaining post

I feel ya Devon.

I am exhausted and DD gets me so frustrated sometimes. I feel so guilty about getting annoyed with her since she's only 17m- then I cry about it. Then DH tells me I'm being ridiculous and I snap at him.

It's a vicious cycle! Chat Icon

I just want to be able to sleep past 6am one day Chat Icon

AND- Even at 25 wks I still barely feel anything- but that doesn't stop all the bad symptoms- random nausea, alternating constipation and diarrhea, Symphysis pubis dysfunction, insomnia....blah.

Re: Complaining post

I'm going through the same thing this time around. With DD#1, I had a very easy pregnancy. This time, I am only 24 weeks and am just so OVER being pregnant -I'm uncomfortable and grouchy and have constant indigestion and insomnia at night. This is on top of chasing after a 14 month old.

I want my normal clothes. I want to eat and drink what I want when I want it.

Complain away....right there with ya.

Same here. This will be my first and I'm only 14 weeks and I'm Chat Icon because being pregnant does not suit me well at all. I always thought I'd be that cute happy glowing pregnant girl Chat Icon Instead I'm exhausted, emotional, constantly sick to my stomach, when I do eat I feel so full it hurts. On top of that my body is already physically starting to hurt with aches and pains in the groin and backaches. At least the headaches seemed to have stopped for now!

Trust me, I am so grateful to be pregnant again after having a miscarriage and I want this little miracle so badly and I am 100% willing to suffer but it's totally not what I expected. I'm already worrying about how I will do this next time around when I have a baby to care for.

I give so much credit to the pregnant women with kids!

Re: Complaining post

This is my first and I feel the same way. I'm grateful I am having 2 because I really don't ever want to go through this again.
I'm 28weeks and I can say that 2 of them have been a little pleasant. 21,22. always so tired, not sleeping, so uncomfortable, spent 3 months throwing up and from 22 on with serious acid reflux. and now im on bed rest and very sure we can not afford me not starting this school year. ahhhh

but I love my little monkeys

Re: Complaining post

ugh, I am miserable too. The first time was a walk in the park compared to this. I'm exhausted all the time. My back hurts. I'm also tossing and turning all night long, and getting up to pee like every 2 hours. It is 109 this week here and I am HOT HOT HOT!!

plus, this time I have GD, which just sucks all around!
