drink that is helping me with my M/S
Lemonade....but not the powder or store bought
Half a lemon squeeze a lil juice out and put lemon in glass. Some sugar (tablespoon & 1/2) put ice in and water. Then use a bar mixing cup and shake. I didnt have a bar mixing cup so I use a plastic cup that fit over the glass and shook.
DELISH and I feel a lil better

My last pregnancy I was sick until month 6
I am only week 8 and it is exactly the same as what I had from my DS.
