babymoon: weekend getaway
Any suggestions on a weekend getaway? Dont mind the drive, just want to go somewhere resonable!

before DD was born we went to Newport, RI. It was absolutley beautiful! We went in The beginning on Nov, but I don't think it matters when you go. Visiting the mansions is an amazing experience!

I've always loved Boston as a weekend getaway! We went there last summer and had the best time.

That is where we went! It is one of my favorite place...the mansions, the beaches, the restaurants, shopping...there is so much to do, even if you are pregnant. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Newport, but there are so many places to stay!

i agree with boston- so much to do. also, montauk is a great place to go for a short get away or fire island (but can get expensive). we were considering cape cod too, but im not sure since ive never been there.
