What to take with me to the hospital?

I'm going in for a scheduled c-section tomorrow.. and my bag isn't packed. (We just found out today that the section is tomorrow )

What do I bring with me?

I packed all the baby stuff already.. and I packed my tooth brush, deodorant, hair brush, pjs, wife beater, flip flops and a zip up robe. What else do I need?

I'd pack some soap and shampoo - you might not like the stuff they provide at the hospital. Also any books on taking care of the baby or breastfeeding that you might have. Clothes to wear home from the hospital - underwear. An extra pillow. thats all I can think of right now - I'm 37 weeks and havn't packed yet either!

Re-trace your daily steps in your head, from the minute you get out of bed until you go to sleep at night. (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, hair dryer, etc) and bring enough for 5 days.

don't forget some chapstick (my lips were so dry in the hospital), hard candy (sometimes the anesthesia leaves a funny taste in your mouth), your own towel or pillow if you want it, a comfy bra/sports bra, and definitely definitely GIGANTIC PANTIES that will go over your c-sec incision.

I have a list in a word doc, but it's highly personalized to my needs. it wouldn't help you
