Re: anything for the nausea?
I try to snack on Saltines, even if it means eating it 1/4 at a time. Anything to keep something in my stomach.
And I sip Seltzer. It helps settle my stomach

Re: anything for the nausea?
my friend just bought me "preggie pops" and preggie pop drops. It says on the package "The natural way to easy morning sickness". I had on today and it did make me feel a little better. We shall see if they really work.
But before these I ate dry toast, saltines, drank gingerale. I used to avoid carbs but now all I do is eat them!! Also, try and avoid foods that seem to trigger it. I noticed for me if I eat a lot dairy I feel worse.

Re: anything for the nausea?
I found the best way to ease it was to eat light snacks throughout the day, so my stomach never got empty- that was when it hit me the worst. I'd have pretzels, saltines, a piece of fruit, etc. in between meals to keep my stomach weighted down. If I did get hit with a bout of it though, I used preggie pop drops and found that took the edge off. Feel better!

Re: anything for the nausea?
-peppermint -suck on a lemon -not having empty stomach -only eat what you can tolerate even if its the same thing for days - gingerale -I was surprised to find I can handle fruit- and eating lots of it- and as long as I am not hungry I am not as nauseous (more so lately at 10 weeks, earlier it varied)
good luck

Re: anything for the nausea?
Carbs, carbs, and more carbs. I'm always eating something. I can never have an empty stomach. Preggie pops are ok. Vitamin b6 3xs day. However, I'm still ALWAYS nauseous with occasional dry heaves. It effing SUCKS!

this helped me a bit too, also, I was drinking a lot of ginger ale, it didn't make it go away but it did help ease it a little....also, someone told me that green apples are supposed to help.

Re: anything for the nausea?
Tic Tacs- as soon as I feel nauseaus I pop a couple and it starts to go away.
Making sure to eat something- even if it's minimal so that my stomach isn't empty.
