So I'm 39weeks4days and had the doctor today. She said that my cervix is realy thin bu I am not dilalted at all and the baby is still really high. So my doctor told me to make an appt for early next week and they will run some tests to make sure the baby is okay, the placenta is okay, etc. I'm hoping the baby will show up before then but we shall see.

At the end of the appt, she told us that she is going to be away on vacation for 2 weeks as of Friday so she's hoping that we have the baby tomorrow so she can be there to see us through. I'm doubting that is going to happen since the baby is still so high and I'm feeling disappointed that this baby isn't coming any time soon and that my doctor is going to be away because I really LOVE her!!!

I know that all that is really important is that the baby is healthy but I'm just feeling a little bummed that nothing is going on and I won't have my doctor :(
