Another BRU Return Policy Dislike

I received 2 onesies (both size 6 months) at my shower. I didn't get a gift receipt from either and it wasn't on my registry. So, what I did was I searched the BRU website and found it, added it to my registry and edited it to say 1 was bought.

Went down to BRU, and they still wouldn't give me the refund because it was missing some sort of sticker on the tag?

But on the plus side, I received two of the same blankets (that BRU wouldn't refund me) so I went to Kohls and they happily gave me store credit. (They didn't carry the onesie, so now I am stuck with 2. Can't find it anywhere else. Oh well.)

that stinks. why wouldn't BRU refund you on the blanket?

I don't live near BBB but I did see the onesie in JCPenney. I'll try there.

The reason they couldn't do anything for me with the blanket is because I didn't have a gift receipt and I couldn't find it on their website to add to my registry. But I took care of that at Kohls anyway.

And out of the entire shower, I think I got maybe 5 gift receipts in the cards

I have returned many things to BRU with no receipt. I simply told them that I did not register there and still received gifts from there and I did not need them. They gave me store credit.

As long as it is really from BRU, there really should not be a problem.

BBB knows if its not theirs so I wouldn't even try there.
