Spin off to plus-size and pg- did anyone request to see a nutritionist?
I was overweight before getting pg with my 1st DC, gained 40 lbs and barely lost any of the weight before getting pg with this one.
My SIL has GD and has seen a nutritionist. I was considering asking my doc to send me to a nutritionist so I can keep my weight under control.
I'm 15wks and so far haven't gained anything- but I haven't really been careful about eating and I really would like to be more healthy.
Has anyone REQUESTED a nutritionist? Did insurance cover it?

I did, but it is not covered unless you have gd. Otherwise it was around 300 for, like 4 visits or something like that

I thought about it, but insurance won't cover it and i'm not paying for someone to tell me what I already know. That's my problem...I know what to eat, but i'm to lazy to cook it or have no energy to eat. I know you want a nutr., but if you want i'm sure we could help with ideas and the dining in/out board would be a great place to go as well!
