Holy crap...they sold my grandmothers house!
I posted a couple of weeks ago about my grandmothers house and how it has been on the market for several months and hasn't sold. My mother "took over" and fired the realtor who has done NOTHING that my uncle hired. My mom and aunt hired a new realtor a week ago, they had an open house this weekend and already received and accepted an offer. Now we are just praying all goes smoothly with the closing  My mother is so happy, like a huge weight is off her shoulders. I hope once this is over she can finally get some closure. It is so hard for her to have to keep going back and forth to my grandmothers house to take care of things

I have been praying for this for your mother because I could almost feel the stress of it in your post. I am so happy that they have an accepted offer and I will pray for a quick and clean closing.
