1. Where do you advertise garage sales other than craigslist?

We just had an estate sale and my mom advertised it in all the local papers, on Craigslist, I posted it here. She also made great flyers up and posted them in all the local stores. We asked a few people and they said they either saw the flyers or read it in the papers.

Check for apps on the smart phones. I used to check for sales in my area on the iPhone app. I need to check for one on the Android market now since I switched to Android.
We had one a few years ago and just posted signs and on craigslist. We had a ton of people.

We only do signs at major roads. We have had plenty of traffic on our garage sales. Never needed to advertise!
