new here....with a question!
hi ladies! just got my BFP this morning and sooo excited to be joining you all!!!
my question is, i bring lunch every day to work and i have either cold cut sandwiches or frozen WW or lean cuisine meals which i know now i shouldn't have. what do you do for lunches everyday?
also, is yogurt ok to eat?

yogurt is great to eat. U can have pb&j or u can have some fresh left overs from dinner. Thats what i did when I was still working. oh and lots of fruit.

I am new tooo... this is going to sound really dumb but you aren't allowed to eat frozen meals like WW smartones anymore? I have had the worst morning sickness and there is literally nothing I like to eat... except for that every once in a while. Should I stop right away??

congrats to you too! i don't know, my co worker that was pregnant said she couldn't eat them so i assumed it was all pregnant women i'm a little cluesless, trying to start reading up on the do and don'ts!!

It's not that they are frozen, its that you shouldn't be eating low-fat, low-cal foods because of the the chemical ingrendients.
Lunch is the worst for me. It's so hard to find things to eat. I usually grill up some chicken during the week and make salads for lunch. I also eat a lot of PB&J (all organic), grilled vegetables and chich peas, various soups and pastas. It's definitely a lot more work, the quick & easy thing doesnt really work anymore unfortunately.

In the beginning I did salads but now I eat PB&J every day. It makes me happy.
