Allergies
I feel like CRAP!!!  My allergies are SOOOOOO bad!! I haven't had them in like 2 yrs.. and all of a sudden.. I feel like dying! I'm stuffy, my nose is runny, my head is pounding...I'm a mess!
Anyone know what I can take/do? HELPPPP!!!!

I'm suffering terribly too! there was a recent post, search for it with lost of tips
you can take benadryl
or
claratin
or
zyrtec
you can not take any of them combined.
both claratin and zyrtec must be without the D and they are 24 hr pills
I found zyretc to make me sleeply like benadryl
I have found that cold compresses on my eyes and face help
wash your hands and face as soon as you come in from outside
limit your outside exposure especially on windy days
I have found that vicks vapor rub under my noise de-congests me a little and helps. my dr also said that was safe
Check with your dr before taking any meds though. this is just what mine said was safe

I am right there with you. Last few days have been HORRIBLE...I did not sleep last night bc my throat was so sore and nose so runny.
I took a claritin about an hour and a half ago and honestly feel no different. I was putting off taking it although my dr said it is fine. I feel liek allergy pills need to build up in your system and taking one does not help it is not until you take a ita few days in a row that it works...

I am suffering as well. I am pretty misearble. I try to stay inside as much as possible because I really don't want to take anything. I probably will if I get desperate but right now I don't want to take any meds.

count me in... mine usualy are very bad and this season, it's been horrible. I get everything from itchy throat, eyes, nose even in my ears to sneezing and wanting to rip my eyes and throat out.
I would usually take my medication xyzal for this however, since it's not safe I was told I can only take claritan which has never helped me and still does not. Can't wait until June when they go away!
