Selling my house, great deal!

House out in Selden. Need to move quick on the sale. Anyone interested? We are really motivated and looking at all offers. Its a really great house and I hate to leave it. Nice semi-inground pool with deck, great, serene patio with overhang, 3/4 beds, 1.5 baths, quiet block. Inground sprinklers, house alarm. You name it.

Please let me know, we need to get out of here as soon as possible. I absolutely love my house, but I have to move in with my inlaws as they are ill (one has alzheimers, the other parkinsons and mini-strokes) and the situation is kind of dire.

Thanks so much! I hope so I love my house and hate to leave it, but I don't have a lot of choice!
