So we finally made the decision to list our 1 BR co-op for sale by owner to try to save a little money as we are taking such a loss already due to the fact that we bought the co-op 3 yrs ago right before the housing market tanked Chat Icon

Anyway, we'll give it a shot and if it doesn't work out we'll look for someone with a decent commission rate.
