The exhaustion - anything to keep it at bay?
Im literally about to nod off at my desk, my eyelids are SO heavy and I cant stop yawning! This is getting old! Ive been in bed by like 9pm the last week or so, and slept until 6:30/7, so Im getting plenty of sleep!
Its all coming back to me now, I forgot how tired I was with DS.
What do you do to wake yourself up?

Drink ALOT of water. Honestly, for me it helps. I find myself nodding off at my desk frequently too! Granted, im only getting about 7 hours of sleep a night with my DD waking and my numerous bathroom trips!

eat an apple.. they say that an apple has the same effects on the body that a cup of coffee does minus the caffeine.
Thats what I did in the beginning when i would feel overly exhausted.
