I dont think it does- when I got something there, it was in a velvety-ish box inside a plain white box- no name or anything on it

Depends. The more expensive jewelry comes in a velvet box. The cheaper stuff comes in a jewelry box that says Kohl's on it. Doesn't matter to me, though- Kohl's has nice stuff!
ETA: I only know this b/c I was there Saturday. I bought a swarovski necklace and it came in the Kohl's box while SIL's pearl necklace came in a velvet box.
