Hair...Help
I am having a little hair problem, dont know if I can fix it or just have to wait it out or just a vent.
I had SEVERE post partum hair loss. IDK if it was the twins and double the hormones but the loss was tremendous.
its over now but I did notice my entire hair line is having growth from the hair loss and its horrible.
I cant ever tie my hair back or swipe my bangs back.
its the ackward point where there is little hair and it goes Up/down/sideways or curls (cause I have curly hair) and I look like a freak. LOL
i feel like a hot mess cause my hair looks like crap.
I do brazilian and Im due again but refuse to get it done since this hair seems to be crap no matter how I style.

Re: Hair...Help
I had the SAME issue with my girls (not with my son though. ODD)..
I lost so much hair. I used to be afraid to brush it..
the brazilian was the only thing that tamed the straggly hairs for me.. :( and hairspray! lol
I ended up having to recut my hair and incorporating more layers into my hair which gave it more volume while still keeping my length.. and I had to part my hair differently too
Let me know when you are going to get your BKT done.. I'm due too but I've been holding out for as long as possible because I want to get it and have it last me the summer ;) but these past few days with this humidity, my hair looks crappy
It was a PAIN!

Re: Hair...Help
I can't offer any help but wanted to say you are not alone right now, I am going through all of the re-growth stage right now too and I hate the way my hair looks with all this hair growing back in, this happened with both of my pregnancies, I have really thick long hair and lost a ton. I've been wearing hair bands now and then but nothing really helps, hopefully it will hurry up and all grow in quickly!!!

Re: Hair...Help
My hair is a total complete disgusting mess! After having my son my pretty big bouncy curls are gone! Now with my second pregnancy my hair is just gross the amount of hair that falls out is so unbelievable .....I want my curls back but that ain't happening.....I wear it in a ponytail all the time and just blowout the front I just can't deal with it. Please I could go on forever about my hair it was nice...I use go get compliments all the time about my hair..now no one NEVER says a word about it

Re: Hair...Help
Add me to the list! (My DH teases me when I have my hair pulled back. He tells me I look crazy. LOL He's lucky I'm no longer hormonal or I'd be ripping his chest hair out. )
I'm due for a brazilian treatment, but I was holding out until my new growth was long enough to actually treat! Plus all the controversy surrounding the treatments has me 2nd guessing whether I should continue with them.
I just recently started styling my hair curly because of the humidity, but it looks horrible because the last 3-4 of my hair has JHS. If I cut that off, than my hair is too short and looks ridiculous curly (I like it long and the added weight from the length makes my curls look better.) Ugh.

Re: Hair...Help
Question about this: I just made an appointment to get my first JHS now that my hair has stopped falling out. But I do have lots of those short pieces. So, how short is to short to get the treatment? If they're like 1/2 inch, is that too short? Does it matter? And how long of regrowth do you have to have to get a touchup? Thanks!
