So excited-getting a porch!
We've been interviewing contractors to have a porch added to the front of our house and to have our patio expanded a little.
It seems like it took forever to get the estimates back from everyone but they finally all came in and we've made a decision and they are scheduled to start work next week
Can't wait to sit outside on my rocking chair

Did you have to get a variance? I know in the TOH you need one

I don't know-I am OOS though so probably not, but I'll have to ask the contractor about it. We need a permit though, they are getting that for us.
