Buliding a Garage
Hi Ladies,
I live in Queens Village and my house doesn't have a garage. Does anyone know how to go about this? Do I need a permit? How much do you think this can cost? Do they sell premade ones?

Yes you need a Permit and your taxes will go up. Will it be an attached or detached garage?
It will probably cost between $10k and $20k

wow maybe we can build it ourselves! It would be detached. Maybe I am better off getting a big shed, so my taxes won't go up and don't need a permit.
