Pottery barn can be ridiculous with their prices. I looked for you, and came up with nothing. But then I thought about it. Being that it looks like unfinished and unstained wood, and the only little touches that make it unique from a regular bookcase are the top ,and bottom shelf and those fancy spindles between shelves.....what if you commissioned someone on etsy to create the spindles and top and bottom shelf. Then you can go to ikea and get a bookcase (most are unfinished food) and being that you have to assemble ikea furniture, you could hammer in the spindles. Obviously, it would help to go to ikea first and get the dimensions you'd need. Just a thought!

Honestly, you should look at someone to do it for you.
Top with molding, spindle, shelf, spindle, shelf, spindle, bottom with molding. It's really not that difficult of a piece to make. It's essentially bare wood with a white wash and more paint at the base of the spindle. And it's pine. Not the most expensive wood either.
My contractor does woodwork. FM me if you want his number. I have seen his portfolio. He does great woodwork.
I am not sure how much it would cost but I doubt it would cost that much.
