I think the chef at Alinea - Grant Achatz - is one of the hottest men ever in SOME pictures (in others he does look like a creeper.. but he can cook so points there!) I need to go there just to stare at him a lot.

Have not been to Daniel yet, but have been to other daniel Boulud places. His food is consistently good!

We've been to Momofuku Ssam Bar...it was excellent! One of the best meals that we've ever had! My husband's cousin was a Sous Chef there, so we let him send out whatever he thought we needed to try. One thing was better than the next!

Went to 11 Madison Park a few years ago and it was great. I've had much more amazing meals at places that aren't listed here though. Most notably Lung King Heen in Hong KongChat Icon

I have been to Eleven Madison Park and thought it was really good.

Daniel, IMO is overrrated. We were really disappointed since we love a couple of his other restaurants.

Per Se was amazing. It is the most memorable dinner that DH and I ever had. Everytime we go out somewhere really nice, we end up talking about the meal at Per Se. Le Bernardin was another happy memory. I secretly wished Eric Ripert would come out to the dining area, but I didn't get to see him. The seafood was delicious nevertheless!

DH's company had their holiday party at Eleven Madison Park a few years back. It was good, but not spectacular.

DH has been to Per Se, Daniel, Le Bernardin and Momofuku Ssam Bar for other work events, he really liked Per Se, Le Bernardin and Momofuku Ssam Bar. He said Daniel was really good but not fantastic.
