***Weekly Menu *** 4/16
Sat: BBQ TJ Chili Lime Chicken Burgers topped with black-bean-avocado-cucumber-and-tomato salad, Cole Slaw, Tropical apple salad, & TJ Blue Chips with Guac
Sun: Palm Sunday Dinner
Meat Boureg & Cheese Boureg (think Greek Cheese pie & Empanadas)
Spiral Virginia Ham
Sweet Potato Casserole (with brown sugar, not marshmallow)
Platter of Oven-Roasted Veggies
Fresh Cranberry Salad
dessert:
bunny cupcakes (extra from ds's party )
chocolate pudding pie
Mon: TJ Chicken Wontons with Mango/Ginger Chutney, Chicken & Veggie Eggrolls, and homemade veggie fried rice
Tues: Leftovers & probably Pea soup from the ham
Wed: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, salas & Crusty Bread
Thus: Chicken with Sauteed spinach and Mushroom Risotto
Fri: Good Friday, my family tradition is to do 7 salads (really translates to 7 non-meat dishes). I'll edit when we finalize the menu

Revamped this menu like 4 tomes lol!
Mon.- Bowties with roasted brocolli, garlic, olive oil and grated parmesan cheese
Tues.- turkey rollups with stuffing, sweet potato casserole and roasted asparagus with biscuits
Wed.- Fettuccini with vodka cream sauce and baby peas
Thurs.- stuffed red peppers, mashed potatoes
Fri.- ? take out

Mon: Chicken Salad with Soup
Tues: Breakfast for dinner (sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.)
Wed: Lemon-Peppered Chicken with Potato Pancakes
Thurs: Sausage and Peppers with Scalloped Potatoes
Fri: Chicken Fingers with Candied Carrots and Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Friday: Out to Waterzooi
Saturday: Baked Shammi Kebabs, Yogurt Chutney, Peas, and Basmati Rice
Sunday: Salsa Chicken, Guacamole, Black Beans and Baked Potato
Monday: Garlic Shrimp with Linguine and Mixed Green Salad
Tuesday: Kebab leftovers
Wednesday: Salsa Chicken leftovers

Sat - grilled ribeye w/herb butter, grilled potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, garlic bread and caesar salad
Sun - sushi
Mon - roast whole chicken w/herb butter, roasted broccoli & cauliflower, baked potatoes
Tues - chicken/black bean quesadillas with leftover roast chicken
Wed - meat lasagna, salad
Thurs - grilled spice rubbed pork chops, wild rice, sauteed french beans w/butter & shallots
Fri - baked tilapia oreganata, sweet potato fries, corn
Saturday - hopefully out

Tuesday: Turkey Tacos
Wednesday: Honeyed Chicken, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, CousCous
Thursday: Grilled Rib eye steak, Twice Baked Potatoes, Asparagus
Friday: Seared cod with roasted zucchini and tomatoes.
Saturday: No clue.

Sat: Early easter dinner at my aunt's house
Sun: birthday party
Mon: rigatoni with sausage and meat sauce, salad, baguette
Tues: chicken thighs braised with leeks, carrots and swiss chard in stock and white wine over rice
Wed: Luce's 18 monthday dinner!!! homemade pizza margherita and salad
Thurs: most likely out...driving upstate after work
Fri: family coming down from PA. not sure if I will cook or we will go out

sunday - grilled marinated london broil, grilled parsley cheese sausage, home fried and grilled mushrooms
monday - leftovers
tuesday - ravioli, meatballs, garlic bread
wed - grilled chicken thighs, veggie TBD, rice
thurs - leftovers
fri- good friday feast at sister, i am making baked clams and crab cakes, we are also have fried fish, muscles, shrimp cocktail, etc.
saturday - out for dinner in the city

Sun: Taco salad with Refried Pinto Beans
Mon: Whole Wheat Shells with Asparagus & Homemade Sauce
Tues: Arroz Congri (Cuban Rice & Black Beans) with Papaya & Avocado Salad
Wed: Pasta e Fagioli with Salad
Thurs: Slow Cooked Sweet Barbacoa Pork over Cilantro Lime Rice & Black Beans
Fri: Lentil Soup
Sat: Carne Bistec (Colombian Steak with Onions & Tomatoes) with Salad
