So, we're finding out what we're having at the baby shower aaaaand...
We had the doctor write the sex in a sealed envelope to give to my mom.
Well, I just spoke to my mom on the phone and the last thing she said to me was "By the way, I know what you're having!!!" and hung up!
This so exciting!!! I can't wait til June 25th!!!

I had wanted to do the same thing, but then I realized she would slip or we'd find out ahead of time somehow. My mom was BEGGING me to give her the envelope with the sex. We got it at our Level II and didn't open it until after DS was born ... we just liked having the option there in case we decided we REALLY wanted to find out.

Thats such a cute idea but I would be terrified that my mom would slip and call the baby he, she, him or her while referring to it. Such a easy slip. I wouldnt be able to talk to her until the shower.

I know it's risky, but its what I've always wanted to do, so we're all going to try reeeeeealllly hard to make it happen. Just close family can know and close friends! But it will be worth it when dh and I walk into either all blue or all pink!
