I made a mistake this morning....
I forgot to take my prenatal last night after dinner so I took it this morning on an empty stomach.
BIG mistake.
I wanted to barf all the way to work.
Lesson learned: NEVER take a prenatal on an empty stomach. EVER.

i always take mine before bed...took it once in the morning and was burping it all day...not good

Me too!
once I took it right b4 I ate and figured I'd be ok since I was going to have a bite shortly anyway... big mistake.
I was too ill to eat and had some crackers
