i dont... the first time i had any was yesterday and i ate it as i normally would...
i wouldnt do it for too long... you dont want it to get gross... id do it for 30 seconds and then see how hot it is from there

can u warm it up on a pan, if you have access to it that is? and w/ microwave, i'd start with 30 secs and see if its warmed through..

Ok I just had a little sandwich from a large sub that was roast beef and turkey, I put it in the microwave for at least 30 seconds and took most of the turkey off. This is no big deal, why am I freaking out???
