hot flashes
does anyone get them? i just got so hot/sweaty sitting at my desk. my dr said it's normal but it doesnt feel normal to me.
i wonder if this is what menopause is gonna feel like lol.

Totally normal with my 1st pregnancy. Don't have it with this one, but I remember with DS in the dead of winter I'd get like that.
I'd get a little dizzy too and would take a walk outside.. no jacket or anything and it helped a lot to feel the cold, fresh air.
I just remember sitting at my desk and it came on out of nowhere.
PP all those symptoms go away

yes, i felt a little dizzy and then i was like drenched in sweat. so gross. it happened out of nowhere too. i was just reading some work emails lol.
