I like the cutesy! I think I perfer cutesy for baby shower, elegant for bridal shower, haha.

Between these two, I'd pick #1. It seems more appropriate for a shower.
The other one has the girl holding a cup of coffee ... makes more sense for an event after the baby arrives (like the wording its shown with). It doesn't really seem like a baby shower invitation to me.

I like #1 better too.
#2 is nice, but I agree that it doesn't seem to be a shower invite with the wording (I know you mentioned you would be picking different wording) but I also like the preggo belly better in the 1st, rather than no belly in the 2nd.
