1st trimester excersize???
I want to begin walking 30 minutes a day. Is this safe? I do this in the summer/fall/spring....but take the winter off. Now that the weather is good, I would normally begin walking...Thoughts? Thanks ladies!

definitely! i do 30-60 minutes of cardio per day and lift. its important to stay in shape while pregnant.

I think walking is fine. My dr. said no gym for my or heavy lifting for me, but I can continue to walk.

I'd double check with your doctor to be sure but I do a brisk 25 minute walk 2x a day and usually walk a lot more than that on weekends and my doctor thought it was great.
