IVF Ladies
What week did you stop Intralipids and dexamethasone ? What week and how did you wean off it?
I am going on week 13 and till on both.

Well, I've never been on intralipids, but I was weaned off of the dex at around 6 weeks.

i only did dex til like 6 or 7 weeks. i only did intralipids til 12 weeks.

I didn't need intralipids. At 7 weeks I started taking a half dose of dexamethasone for one week and finished at 8.

obviously crashing (though hopefully not for long!  ) but when I was pregnant, I was weened off dex at 6wks

yeah just about. basically whenever dr. B said it was time to do it again. he reran the immune panel after my first post-BFP infusion, and told me when to schedule another infusion. i think i did 3 total after BFP - one right after, one around 8 weeks, and possibly one last one around 11 or 12 weeks although i dont remember if i needed the last one or not
