You're not alone, I try my hardest to just remember that the more excited I get the worse it gets, take some deep breaths and try to relax. That's what I do and it subsides

I actually noticed this yesterday. I was driving and some guy almost hit me and I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I had to get myself together. I haven't had a panic attack in almost 10 years so it was really weird. I just attributed it to hormones.

i came off my anti-anxiety meds completely about a week before i got my bfp. the first few weeks were rough but i think the raging hormones made it worse, honestly. at least that was the case for me. i have calmed down considerably in the past couple of weeks.

I had anxiety going thru IVF, it was horrible I think the hormones play a role. Just remember DEEP calming breaths and it will pass. I literally had to talk myself down sometimes.
