i'm so hungry and nauseous
at the same time..  I just had a piece of cheese.. and I want to eat but everything is looks so  and my mouth is just so sour..

try some apple sauce. the past few days i have no appetite for anything but apple sauce. and last night, i had veal cutlets with string beans, and that felt satisfying.

i swear cheddar cheese saved my life. ritz crackers. applesauce. oatmeal. dry cereal. milkshakes. pasta with butter. even good ole kraft mac n cheese.

when I was that early I had to eat. It was honestly the very last thing I wanted to do but it totally made me feel better immediatly.
Ginger ale also helped too.

i just had a couple of bites of plain bagel and i'm feeling a little better.. I'm going to leave at 4 today.. i had to step away from my office because everyone's lunch was making me so sick.. I have a blood hound's nose now..

Someone had corned beef for lunch and I swear I was going to vomit, I had to leave the office until they were done.
my scent is the death of me now. Also, lol, the other night we went out, and DH had long island ice teas, the booze on his breath made me wanna yak!

I'm having that sour issue right now as well. I HATE it. Even water tastes like sh!t! I'm finding fruits taste good. Apples, cantelope, pears, etc. Maybe that will help.

apple sauce is sooooo appealing to me right now. cinnamon flavored. lol.
