Custom-made coasters?
Anyone know how to make coasters with a custom paper or photo on top? Or know where I could get them done?
Thanks
eta: I don't mean the paper type that suck up moisture, I mean hard stone coasters with the cork on the bottom

Re: Custom-made coasters?
I got this kit as a gift a few years ago. I haven't done it yet but it looks pretty easy!

Re: Custom-made coasters?
I made photo coasters for my FIL one year. I bought square pieces of stone from Home Depot ( they have the perfect size) glue cork to one side and used Modge Podge to glue the photo on and gave it a few heavy coats of modge podge over the picture. They came out awesome and have held up amazingly well. FM me if you have questions.

Re: Custom-made coasters?
Thanks ladies
Since I posted this, I found out that I could get cheap 4x4" travertine tiles and draw or stamp them with ink, then bake them in the oven to "seal" them.
I'm trying to avoid chemical sealants. I don't see a way to "bake" a photo into them, so I'll have to keep looking.
I appreciate your help!
