37 week appointment
1 cm dilated but cervix is posterior. My back was killing me today. I was so sure I was having contractions but he had me on the monitor and I wasn't. I'm hoping I have this baby between now and 39 weeks!

I had my 37 week appt tonight...baby is in position, but no dilation. What does posterior cervix mean?
