closing question
For anyone who has closed on a house..
(I know this may seem like a silly question, but..) who attended your closing? where was it held? did you see the sellers?

It was held at our mortgage office. We were there with our RE agent and our attorney. The sellers were there with their attorney. Our mortgage guy was there with the bank's attorney. And then there was 1 other person who I think was maybe the title agent or something like that.

It was at the mortgage broker's office. The people there were:
sellers
buyers (us)
sellers' attorney
our attorney
both real estate agents
bank's attorney
title closer
