is it true, that you cannot raise your heart rate above 140 during the first tri??? i just came back from the gym and i checked my heart rate manually and i could have possibly gone over.. i'm just really worried now.. i work out everyday for like 30 mins.. elliptical and treadmill spilt.. just worried like crazy that i could have possibly gone that high.. DH thinks I'm insane and is not helping..

Re: working out
I'm sure you will be ok. But to be on the safe side, maybe you may want to go at a slower pace. Or get a heartrate monitor to accurately tell you. And ask your doctor what they reccomend.
